Joss Whedon supports Mitt Romney … no not really.

Joss Whedon, the liberal US film maker has come out in full support of Mitt Romney.

If you are wondering “Who?”, well he is the chap who gave us  Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2003), Angel (1999–2004), Firefly (2002) and its follow-up film Serenity (2005), and Dollhouse (2009–2010), oh, and he also co-wrote Toy Story (1995) and directed  Marvel‘s The Avengers (2012), the third highest-grossing film of all time (are you are still wondering who? … well if so, you just failed the test for your geek merit badge).

But but … this is the guy who expressed his dislike of  modern capitalism. Well yes, it is just a fun bit of satire of course, because in the clip he is supporting Romney as the candidate who is going to bring about the zombie apocalypse that he wants …

Romney is ready to make the deep rollbacks in health care, education, social services, reproductive rights, that will guarantee poverty, unemployment, overpopulation, disease, rioting; all crucial elements in creating a nightmare zombie wasteland

Even if you don’t give a frack about the US elections, it still a fun bit of satire … enjoy.

On the other hand, you could always go to http://www.barackobama.com/ to support the candidate who won’t bring about the zombie apocalypse.
